Plaza Suite is a Neil Simon play stage in 3 acts. Each act features a different couple and circumstance. The only common threads are that each story takes place in the same suite, # 719 of the famous Plaza Suite and that it focuses on the relationship between a man and a woman. The first act introduces a not so blissfully wedded couple who are revisiting their honeymoon in an attempt to bring the love back into the marriage. The second act involves a meeting between a former movie producer and his old flame a suburban housewife. The house wife visits the producer at the hotel with a chat between old friends in mind, the producer has other plans. The third act revolves around a married couple on their daughters wedding day. In a rush of nervousness, the daughter has locked herself in the suite's bathroom and refuses to leave. What unfolds is frantic attempts to cajole the daughter into coming out and going on with the wedding.
